The objective of TWG Teleworking Germany is the improvement of teleworking in Germany. We only charge for the service of successfully matching job offers and job opportunities. The entries in the databank itself are free. If you wish to use our service you can use the forms supplied. Filling out the forms should take only 5 minutes.

1. Entries in the TWG Teleworking Germany database are free.

2. Submission of the forms is taken as an agreement to add the information to the TWG Teleworking Germany database. The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the submitted information. TWG Teleworking Germany may at any time at its discretion or at the customers request delete the information without charge. The customer will be informed with e-mail only.

3. Matching between offers and openings is not performed automatically but only on direct request with the Database Search Order form. The match is performed with the information the customer provides.

4. If no match is found no charges are incurred.

5. If a 100%-match is found a charge is incurred. The charge is incurred regardless of the number of 100%-matches found. The charge depends on the level of qualification required. The minimum charge is 180.00 German Marks plus any relevant sales tax (GST or VAT). Sharing of the charge between a successful applicant and employer is at the discretion of the two parties.

6. The result of the successful match(es) will be passed on to the customer after payment is received. Only e-mail addresses will be supplied and it is the customers responsibility to follow up with their own selection process.

7. The personal data supplied in the forms are completely confidential. Please do not make information requests. The personal information is used solely for identification purposes (see point 8).

8. TWG Teleworking Germany guarantees that in case of repeated search requests of a customer only the most recent information is used for the search and match process and only new matches are supplied. Error checking prevents any mistakes even in case of changed e-mail addresses.

9. TWG Teleworking Germany is not a job agency but an exchange service for the improvement of teleworking.

10. Any services further than the ones described under point 5 are subject to negotiation. Please contact us with details of your requirements and we will send you a quotation at short notice.
